Thomas Higgins is a licensed broker who has been a Realtor since 2004, working with both Prudential California Realty and Re/Max Masters before joining Jonathan to form Radiant Property Group. A Biola graduate in Intercultural Studies, Thomas went on to teach at Mt. San Antonio College for six years before entering the real estate profession. He now enjoys educating his clients on current market conditions and providing invaluable insight to each transaction.  He has consistently been a top producing agent in his office over the last few years, bringing experience and a solid understanding of the ever-changing real estate market. Jonathan Pearson is a licensed broker and Realtor who has honed his skills in the home building and construction industry prior to joining Radiant Property Group. His experience includes time as the Director of Forward Planning and Broker of Record for a private home builder in Orange County. Jonathan holds a B.S. in Business Management, is currently completing a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Biola University and has been working with TNG Real Estate Consultants as a broker-associate for 5 years.
